Pets and Car Engine Safety Tips
Atlanta car engines pose dangers to cats and other small animals that most people are unaware of. Until the cold morning when you start up your car and hear a loud thud, and are unable to find your pets, you won't know the heartbreak that can be saved with a few simple measures. By providing this article here, we hope to save your pets from your car engine.
Car engines are warm, cozy places for small animals to sleep. When it's below freezing outside, small animals like cats start looking for places to keep warm, and it is not beyond them to crawl into your car engine. The problem arises when it's time for you to hurry out to your cold car in the morning without thinking, jump in, slam the door and fire it up and blast the heater. When you turn on your engine, any pets inside it are likely to be killed by the various contraptions under the hood. The fan is the most likely piece to attack first, providing you with not only a broken heart, but also with a mess.
Fortunately, it's simple to be sure this never happens to your pets. All you need to do is simply bang on your car's hood (not quite hard enough to dent it, of course – just give it a loud thud, enough to scare off anything inside it). If there are any animals inside, they should be frightened enough to know to get out of the car.
