Choosing a Pet Food for Your Dog or Cat
When choosing the type of pet food to provide for your dog or cat in Atlanta, you'll have to purchase several different types, brands, and flavors, but there is a way to go about this without blowing your grocery money on your pets.
First, buy several different general types of pet food, such as a canned or dry food that is a seafood flavor; then pick up a chicken flavor, beef, and whatever else you find appealing. However, you also need to decide whether you are going to feed your pet wet food or dry food.
All pets are going to prefer the wet food because it's juicy and tastes much better than dry pet cereal. The problem is that wet food costs a lot more than dry food, so many pet owners prefer to purchase the dry food. If you choose to purchase the dry pet food, this is fine, and your pet is likely to eat it when they get hungry. You may want to consider also mixing in one or two cans of wet pet food throughout the week, just to make sure your pet knows it's thought of.
Each time you feed your cat or dog, try a different flavor. Whichever type of food seems to be the one they like the most (they'll clean the bowl), buy more of it. It's a great idea to also continue buying a few other types of foods just to keep their variety available, but you want to primarily stock up on the flavors your pets enjoy most.
